Job Summary
ScopeZero Advisory is seeking an experienced ESG/Sustainability Consultant to join its growing team. The successful candidate will lead and support client projects related to ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
The role involves working with regional and international clients to design and implement ESG systems, facilitate workshops, and prepare disclosures in alignment with leading global reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support corporate ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and proposal development.
- Design data collection and governance systems for ESG metrics.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.
- Draft ESG and climate reports aligned with GRI, ISSB/IFRS S1–S2, and TCFD frameworks.
- Prepare and review ESG disclosures, including CSRD readiness where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ESG or sustainability reporting.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets essential; SQL or Python an advantage).
