About the Role
The ESG Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the firm’s ESG policies and frameworks. The role involves managing environmental and social risk assessments, ensuring compliance with global standards, and advising the firm’s team on sustainability and governance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee ESG strategies, frameworks, and compliance programs.
- Conduct ESG research, risk assessments, and performance tracking.
- Prepare ESG reports and impact statements.
- Advise on sustainability, responsible investing, and climate-related risks.
- Manage ESG budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the firm in training, awareness, and implementation of ESG initiatives.
- Represent the firm in ESG-related events, conferences, and discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in ESG reporting or advisory roles.
- Strong familiarity with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and related standards.
- Proven expertise in sustainability, green finance, climate risk, and responsible investment.
- ESG Analyst or ESG Investing certification (required).
- Excellent research, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
