Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) is recruiting to fill the position of: Plant Quality & Environment Manager. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science or related disciplines with 7 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage or FMCG industry with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing plant-level quality or food safety systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines is mandatory: Food Science / Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, HACCP Certification (Level 3 or above), NEBOSH / Environmental Compliance Certification
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage or FMCG industry with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing plant-level quality or food safety systems
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Quality, Food Safety, or Environmental Management. Specifically, in the FMCG/Food & Beverage sector.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Food Defence/Fraud, Packaging Quality, Microbiology, and Food Chemistry.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements on product labelling, food additives, traceability, and environmental compliance.
• Skilled in audit readiness, non-conformance management, and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, CAPA).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong ownership culture.
