About the Role
A reputable organization is recruiting qualified Site Engineers to support ongoing construction projects in Keffi and Benin. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring project quality, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects on time.
This role is strictly open to candidates who currently reside in Keffi or Benin or have accommodation available in these locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor project progress and report site activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve technical issues and guide site teams.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction or site engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
- Must reside in Keffi or Benin (or have accommodation there).
Compensation
- ₦250,000 fixed monthly salary
